Are you a lover of perfume? If you’re not already reading “Katie Puckrik Smells,” you must start immediately! Katie is smart, funny and sly as she reviews perfumes, both on her blog as well as on You Tube. She is adorable, but also interesting; I’ve learned so many things in the past several months after discovering her.
Her latest post really excited me. Beauty Bloggers are holding an auction to raise funds for Doctors Without Borders. You can pick up something delightful for yourself, or boast that your gift is doing double duty by also being a charitable donation! Katie donated the bottle of Shalimar, pictured above. I’d tell you what my picks are, but then you might out-bid me, and we can’t have that, can we?
Incidentally, my favorite perfume is Chanel No. 5. A cliche, I know, but honestly, I haven’t found anything else I like better on me. But I love to try, and I love learning about the art and science of perfume.
